War of the Worlds Watched War of the Worlds. I think it really deserves a five star rating or even 7 stars. The effects are awesome! Very brief introduction followed by a every-second-exciting content. The ending is very simple and a sudden twist. Tom cruise's fame and acting skills+ Steven spielberg's innovative mind...what a tag-team! He really knows what he's doing. They live up to their name.

It's a bit like a horror movie because of the level of excitment and scary scenes. You will keep on have the 'what's next!' feeling. You won't enjoy the movie if you watch it just on computer. It's really a must-watch movie. Actually wanna say a lot, but forgot and lazy to write. You have to think a bit what it means for the ending or you won't understand. The movie has many deep messages. Some of the scences like bodies floating on water, dust etc are made to bring back memories about the tsunami and 9/11 etc.

I think the aliens quite cute. Definitely wanna watch another movie directed by Spielberg next time.

Just told Qing Long the ending. He watching on Friday but i think he won't enjoy so much now. Lol.
